About the Doosan D24 Long Block

• Assembled in the USA.
• Every engine is completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected.
• All parts are either replaced with new or re-machined to meet OEM specifications and internal wear items including rings, bearings, bushings, gaskets and seals are replaced 100% with new.
• All other components are inspected under strict guidelines to ensure they meet the fit, form and function of the original OEM part. All parts not within tolerances are replaced.
• We highly recommends a professional cleaning of the radiator and DPF filter prior to installing the replacement engine.
